The Story of the Old Testament 1
Saturday September 21st, 8:30am-12:30pm
What is this course all about?
Reading the Old Testament can be REALLY confusing! If you've ever started reading in Genesis and quit by Leviticus because it just didn't make sense, don't worry. You're not alone. There are lots of stories, laws, prophecies, and poems to make sense of. Thankfully, the author of the story of the Old Testament arranged them all in order, on purpose, to tell one amazing story of the king who would come in the last days to rule all the nations.
After taking this course you will be able to . . .
trace the main story line of the Old Testament.
understand the message and meaning of that story in relationship to your Christian faith.
apply the message of the Old Testament to your real life.
love God more deeply through your reading of the Old Testament.
